Currently there is no way to associate a CHN ticket with another CHN ticket.  We would like to see this built by Freshservice and rolled out in an upcoming release.

Having this availability is standard with other ITSM applications, ServiceNow as an example.  We would like to use this so we can have Parent/Child ticket relationships for teams that have multiple deployments each week.
