The lack of bulk delete options in Freshdesk is disturbing. We cant bulk delete tickets by search terms and also cannot bulk delete contacts. These are items that stack up rather rapidly into the thousands and is not something sustainable to perform manually. Bulk delete options are default on demand admin functions in most CRMs I have used, it needs to be added to Freshdesk.
Agree, with the amount of spam that we have gotten in the past and now not being able to bulk delete, this is a problem!
I have a 3000+ tickets. How to do some searches e.g. tickets containing certain keywords etc. and then be able to select them all and delete?
I was just told by support that I need to do this manually 30 per page. Will take me hours and am still vulnerable to future incidents that create massive amounts of tickets (e.g. could be arabic spam instead of Russian spam) so this is not acceptable. Seems that freshdesk can't even make it easy to clear out bulk tickets, let alone solve the spam issues.
