We will be using a tracker ticket that individual tickets will link to when we have a significant customer affecting issue. I like the fact that a broadcast message can be posted on all the individual linked tickets. The broadcast message can be converted to an email to the customer on an individual ticket.
What would be amazing would be the ability to broadcast an email reply to the customer of every linked ticket that is triggered from the tracker ticket. Our use case being that we could send mass incident updates via email to the customers who have submitted tickets. An automated ticket closure option as the final message is sent would also be useful.
