Hi, I've been recently bulk emailing leads in Fresh Sales and want to know if im able to create a report that lets me know who has opened my email so i can follow up with a phone call.

Hello,

Apologies for the delay in getting back. It looks like you are looking to analyse if an email that you have sent has been read by the customer and act accordingly. Read receipts is something that would be possible using a third party integration. Please refer the below link for the same.

Using this app, a tag will be added as unread when the email that you have sent as not yet been read by the customer. This way, you should be able to have a check on who has read the emails and who has not.
