Hi!
A suggestion. It would be nice if you could bulk update the due dates of multiple tasks at once as well as their tags.

This shoud safe me a lot of time, since we list all items on due date, rather than priority. So now it is not easy to change due date for more tickets at once.

Not to mention it'd be very useful to be able to do a bulk update along the lines of "Add 2 days and 3 hours to the existing due date", as well as "Set due date to exactly Monday the 19th at 9am". Bonus if you can set operating hours somewhere in Freshdesk for an agent and say "Add 2 _operating_ days and 3 _operating_ hours", and have Freshdesk automatically take into account things like relevant nights, weekends, and public holidays if the ticket is assigned to that agent.

+1 on the ability to mass update due dates for selected tickets.

This would be super awesome, when housekeeping persistent tickets the default change is for due date. It would be great to be able to set a swag of tickets to a certain date.

+1 for me. Why is it possible to bulk update the ticket properties, but NOT the due date? Who's idea was that?! It makes no sense. Please add this to your roadmap. It is these small oversights that make Freshdesk a chore to use sometimes.

Any updates on this original suggestion or should it be opened as a new idea since it’s been archived?

This came up during an implementation meeting with other divisions in our organization that are rolling this out as their platform now.
