The ability to see and update Business Rules on each Service Item within the Service Item itself.
You should be able to see the Business Rules for each Service Item displayed within the Service Item itself. That way you are not flipping between two different sections to see or fix settings for a particular form. That way you can create the Business Rules in conjunction with the Service Item fields being added and removed and it is clear which Service Item has what Business Rules applied to them.
