At the moment the Service Item Dropdown sorts by when the rules were created for that Service Item.
This makes it hard to find the form you are looking for because it may have been added in the middle of the list and therefore requires you to scroll up and down to find it. If they were alphabetical, you would then only have to search by where it sits alphabetically and make it easier to find.
