Button to create new ticket for currently open Customer

When I'm in a Customer record, I'd like to have a button to create a new ticket with the current customer as the requester.


Is this something you guys are looking to add? Seems simple and useful.

It's possible to add this feature with a Custom App.

Thanks. Seems like a good, no-brainer feature to simply add for all Freshdesk customers.

Smith, we're adding this option soon. You'll have the option to raise a new ticket or send out an email from the contact profile in Freshdesk.
