Today, in Fservice we have “?bypass_mandatory=true” that allow us to create without the mandatory fields in the API body.
If we could get that option also working on Fdesk API, this would help us a lot, in many apps, when the cx create a new mandatory field, the API calls get the error when the mandatory ones are not passed, and we know that the customer always create the fields, but forget to map then in the app description.
This will save us so much trouble.
