Currently, when using the Calendar App - Schedule meeting with Requester feature, the meeting created in the Outlook calendar only includes a link to the ticket, there is no link to join any meeting.
The Schedule meeting with Requester feature would be usable if it would actually create a real meeting with a link to join, for example a Teams meeting or a simple Outlook meeting.
