Can freshdesk be integrated with CTIs?

Hi! I own a small business and I currently have Panasonic PBX as my phone system and Salesforce. I'm looking to integrate the two with a 3rd party CTI, however, I like Freshdesk too. I'm wondering if there is such a thing, integrate Freshdesk with CTI?
