Can Freshdesk serve as a SAML Identity Provider?

I am developing a web application that is hosted on a separate server that uses the Freshdesk API.   


Is there a way (such as SAML) for my web application to allow users to log into my application using their Freshworks credentials?


I notice that Freshdesk can use a third party SAML authentication, but I think I need the opposite.

Hello Alan,

Unfortunately, this wouldn't be possible. It is that Freshdesk here is a service provider and we do not have the provisions/end points to act as an Identity provider to authenticate the users into your application.
