Can you not search forums?

I see that matching topics found came up when I started typing, but is there not a global forum search so people can find things easier?

Are you referring to the agent-side or customer-side portal? It would be great if you can elaborate more on your requirement.

Agreed, there should be basic functionality to for any customer/user, e.g. this support portal, to search forum posts/topics for keywords.

Hello,


The users can search for content on the portal using specific keywords and the search results are factored based on Tickets/Solutions/Forums. The user can click on the Topics option as highlighted in the screenshot below to look for topics related to the keyword:
