Canned Forms in Mobile App

It would be very useful to have the Canned Forms be available in the Mobile App. We use this as a Material Transfer form to fill out and document a physical transfer of an object from a customer to Tech Support and back.

Hi Andy,

You can use canned responses in your replies, notes, and forwards from the Freshdesk mobile app. Refer the attached image for the canned response icon.
