Canned Reports - Include "today so far"

At present reports in the reporting suite can only be run on data from the previous day backwards and not on data from the day so far.


Could this functionality be added so I can run reports on all historic data including the day so far.

Hi Grant


Currently our Advanced Reporting metrics data is processed in our Amazon Redshift instances and these data are pushed once every 24 Hours and processed in these RDS instances, hence getting these reports for TODAY's data is not possible.

Sorry to say, but this is not achievable as of now, but we will keep these options open and once our Infrastructure is capable enough to handle Real-time data process, we will bring this into production.

Also need this.  This is odd that it does not include information up to the present, and it is a day behind.

With the revamped reporting suite, the refresh frequency for reporting data has been reduced to as low as 30 minutes. The refresh rate frequency depends on the plan that you've currently subscribed to. You can learn more about the different reporting features per plan here.
