I have our Canned Responses organised into folders. Currently, if we want to give a group access to the canned responses in a folder, we have to do this for each individual CR.
It would be useful if there could be a folder visibility that can work alongside the CR visibility so we can make one adjustment to each folder, instead of every CR.
