having a search functionality in the canned response settings page - at the moment I have to page through all the alphabetically listed pages to find the one I want but sometimes I don’t know what the first word of the CR is. before the update to this area I was able to CTRL-F to search the page but I can’t do that now.

+1Thanks for your post! I understand your concern here, however canned response search within the admin page is not planned immediately. We have introduced a sort option in the interim to help sort canned responses based on created /updated dates and title.
We'll keep looking for ways we can make canned response search possible, but for now it's not something we are planning to build.

+1Thank you for your reply, I appreciate your response. This is really disappointing though - this worked really well before and by ‘updating it’ you have made it less user friendly. Sorting doesn’t help, I need to be able to search for a word in a title. What would be more useful is to add an option to change how many items so on one ‘page’ - at the moment it is about 30 - can you make it so there is an option to set it to 100 or 200 or 500?
