Is it possible to make keyboard shortcuts customisable please? Or if not, can we please get a shortcut for adding canned responses when opening a note? So that I can hit ‘n’ for note and then ‘c’ for canned response. Additionally, having a different shortcut for private note and public note would also be very useful. These seem like small issues, but these suggestions would speed up my work a lot.
Additionally, in the main Ticket List screen when you can see all open tickets... when you hover over each ticket it gives you the option to click a button to add a note; yet if you click it, it will then open the actual ticket. Is it not possible to change the UI slightly so that we can add a note (including canned responses) without opening the ticket itself?
