I find that managing Canned Responses can be a little clunky it almost feels like the UI is particularly old in this area.
I personally would like to see a Canned Responses suite similar to that of Solutions. The article feature in Solutions, makes it very easy/ dynamic to make changes as well as rollback previous features and initiate a review process.
I would love for Canned Responses to work virtually identical to Solutions.
