Due to nature of our business, we receive multpiple requests to demonstrate correspondence in an official format, including the email requester and the entire thread of correspondence, as proof to customer's order and approval.
Archive tickets cannot be exported/ printed in a pdf frmat and export in an excel file is not convenient to proove authenticity of a correspondance.
