I am using Freshdesk API to create a helpdesk app for android but i am stuck in authentication step i can successfully authenticate from agent account but i cannot login with the client account, the client has recieved the account opening email and he can successfully login via freshdesk website but not via API in my android application,
I have an alternative of getting all clients from API call but if i do this i can't authenticate fully becouse i won't get there passwords :D Please share your knowledge. Thanks
