Im getting a biiling issue in my freshdesk helpdesk but cant get in contact with anyone from freshdesk. Didnt answer my previous tickets and not answering my calls.

Cant get in contact with freshdesk agents
I hope you already were helped in a meanwhile. I find the fastest way is to go to https://freshdesk.com/ and start a chat. They transfer you to the correct departement based on your question.
