It would be nice if we can add Mail Drop Box address from Capsule CRM automaticly to BCC field in OUTGOING mail.

You can install the latest Capsule CRM integration from here. During the setup, it asks you to specify the mailbox address and Freshdesk automatically adds this address to the BCC field of every outgoing email.
