Sometimes a customer can't provide the details needed to properly work the ticket. The ticket might be 5 days old but its not going to be overdue for 2-3 more days. How do i extend the due date on a ticket?

Hi Tony

Due Date can be manually changed from the Tickets page. Go to the Tickets page -->> Due by (Date and Time of ticket) -->> Click on the Edit icon here. You should be able to change the Due Date/Time.

I have a similar need, I would like to be able to create myself "projects" that might not have a due date. Could  it be possible to not have to choose a time/date at all? I hate to see the overdue in red because of this. Maybe these projects could have their own section.

As a side note it might be nice to have another field on the dash board that shows your open projects, and set up it so each agent only see's their own projects

@brian we've planned to enhance the customer data shown in the Customers tab. We will see how we can bring in more functionality here. Like, showing SLA documents or document shared etc

Let me see How we can address this

How can I change the due date from a Observer rule or other automated method if I change the status to Waiting on Requester so that I can add X number of days?
