Change Management - Add Note To - to include all users not agents only
Currently the add note within the change management function includes only Agents. It would be so much more useful to include all registered users since sometimes you need to notify some requesters as well. At the moment you would need to type in the whole email address which is very time consuming and more prone to human error.
