The current version of the Freshservice Changes module does not include email integration (like Incidents). Other Agents may be notified of a change by adding them to CAB approval, but that can create challenges in balancing approval majorities.
A useful feature would be a way to tag Agents (or even any email address) to be notified of a change once it is in the approval pending status. This notification could be configured to include relevant sections of the change record in the email body. This would save time in crafting a separate message to notify stakeholders of the change who are not required for CAB approval.
