When all the requested tasks have been completed, it should be nice that the status of the change goes to the next step automatically.
The actual behaviour is to change manually the step, changing the status field.
The feature should be that the admin choose in Change Lifecycle on each step with a checkbox "Go on next step automatically when all tasks completed"
In the same way as the checkbox "All tasks in the change are complete"
