Change saved data pop-up "toast" to not cover the navigation bread crumb

It would be nice not to have to click to close the "toast" pop-up that you get every time you save something.  It covers the navigation bread crumb.  I'd prefer it go away after a second or two or show up somewhere else.  See attached screenshot.
