I propose that you adjust the time format used for setting various schedules such as Changes start and end times, Maintenance Windows and CAB meetings etc so that it corresponds with the format setting for the “Service Desk Settings”.
In Service Desk settings I have set a 24 hour clock and an applicable timezone. But when scheduling changes for example I can only use am/pm format and I have no ability to even see and confirm the timezone.
I would also prefer if the time was possible to set freely instead of a drop down with 15 minute interval as it is currently.
