Usually templates are used for different options and different purpose. As I noticed on change templates are only used for to choose the options fill the info and save and reuse.
I am looking for enhancement for change request form fields. There should be a default master template, and other templates I can change, add fields and options based on requirements. Each template different than others for different agents or groups ( Developers, infra, Network, Application, Web).
Do you like this idea???
