Right now in FreshService on the Growth subscription, you can automatically send an approval in a WorkFlow. There is just no way to change the body of the mail.
I find myself in the situation where for a ‘new application’ request, multiple people need tot approve this, but each approver only need to approve on a certain part in the decision making. So I would like to be able to include in the body of the approval mail what they need to approve. But now, FreshService just sends a basic template for approval.
I would like to see an option to change the body of the approval mail in the action panel.
