Change the BCC to be notification-specific vs global

In our situation we use BCC (which feeds a group alias) so that non-agents in the company can monitor the progress of customer issues.


The current BCC option means every single email goes to the BCC address. That's a fairly blunt instrument and results in a lot of "clutter" (such as group assignment emails) that don't add a lot of value. 


Having a notification-specific over-ride to the BCC (a checkbox) would really help to clean up the excessive 'chatter' the global BCC generates. You can leave the global option (equivalent of a select-all), but then allow the individual notifications to have that disabled.

Any update on if this is possible. We would like to be able to CC a client's central email address on all emails to and from our portal on their tickets.
