Change Time Zone from City/Country to actual GMT/UTC offset e.g. UTC-4 or UTC+9

In FS right now, time zone info shows as a City and/or Country combo which is totally unhelpful.  What is the offset from me and from UTC or GMT?

 

 

Please consider changing the display of Time Zone to actual UTC/GMT offset value e.g. UTC-4 or UTC+9

Agreed. Not sure why this Time zone setup seemed like a good idea, but I think most of us would rather it be UTC or GMT.
