Hello FD team!
I’d like to suggest if you could add a feature in the activities (logs) where aside from showing who changed what, to also show what has been changed.

From a QA standpoint, if someone were to put the wrong information in the summary or edit someone else’s, we don’t know what was actually changed, so we don’t know who is at fault or needs additional education.
