Changing default feilds on Tickets fiew screen

I want to change one of the default esditable dropdowns on the Tickets tab.

 

I show what I mean in the pic

 

I want to remove Priority and add one for Office as it will suit our workflow…

This is similar to my request, although I would like to select static fields in that view (e.g. add Company).

The Customised table view on the new Freshdesk Mint allows you to edit the columns and display additional information about the tickets. You can also add custom ticket fields to provide a detailed overview on the tickets right from the list view page.
