Channel Advisor is, by far, the largest e-commerce platform on eBay and Amazon so I'd imagine there's a few of us using it. I'd love to see even a basic integration with Freshdesk.

We haven't seen much of requests from our users to build this integration as a native offering. Looks like they support REST API , so I'm pretty sure it would be possible to build a custom app to fetch/push data to Channel Advisor platform. We have system integrators who can build integrations/custom apps as a professional service. Drop us a note here if you'd like to connect with them.
