CHECK IN / CHECK OUT button for Assets

I’ve created automation workflow whenever an Asset gets a new User in “Used By”, the Asset state changes to “In Use”. I’ve also created one whenever the IT department picks up the equipment form user so that whenever “Used by” is cleared to set the asset state in “In Stock”. How about a button to stay on the top for CHECK IN or UNASSIGN or something else to automate all of that? Same could go for CHECK OUT or ASSIGN or else.
