While the knowledge base provides decent support, it would be nice to have a checklist possibility within fresh,
some agents don't know what to ask or search for, and this would give them a guideline to follow scripted in the ticket tool and not a separate excel or doc, on the other side this can then also be set up for end users, so they know what info to provide before creating a ticket and making the info more complete.
Would anyone have ideas on how to integrate this in fresh service?
