We’ve recently discovered that we are limited to 50 child tickets per parent. Another frustrating realization that we had to discover to know and are now forced to deal with. This program would be excellent if there weren’t so many limited features and rules. Features that we were sold on but had to figure out on our own about their restrictions, limits, and rules. We’re forced to adjust our processes and/or be provided with an application behind a paywall.
“Completely customizable” is not what we’ve experienced.
