Choose from service catalog for Scheduled item

I would like to be able to choose a specific service catalog item within the “Admin->Schedules” options within FreshService. This would allow for including additional details while maintaining other workflows/processes that can be triggered from events within these service items.

 

The way I see this working would be to insert an option to choose a specific SR when service request is chosen from the type dropdown as shown above. From their you could display the ‘request item’ dialog that is used when adding a SR item to an existing ticket. pre-populate the fields and use that data when creating the scheduled SR
