Citrix Sharefile Integration
Would love to see a Citrix ShareFile Integration. We are in the process of adding that to our organization.
Really need a Citrix Sharefle Integration. What we would like to see:
User Management for Sharefile within Freshdesk
File and Folder Management Within Freshdesk
Move files between Sharefile and Freshdesk in both directions (e.g. adding files as attachments to tickets, or moving attachments to sharefile)
Sharefile Workflow integration in Freshdesk
Often tickets require purchases and approval. Sharefile Workflow allows us to streamline this process.
Would love to be able to open and create Sharefile Workflows from within Freshdesk.
