Clean up contact details

Hello,


I'd like to perform a full clean up of our contact list to clear invalid/old emails and reassign previously used email addresses to new contacts.


Is there any quick way I could do this or will I need to manage each correction one at a time?

Hello,


Freshdesk allows you to export the contact/company list in .csv format. You could then find the contacts that need to be cleaned up, make changes and re-upload the file. The changes would be captured and the contacts will be automatically updated in one shot!
