Clearer e-mail bounce error messages!

When our reply to a requester cannot be delivered=is rejected, so the e-mail bounces, there should be clearer error messages within Freshdesk instead of generic "unexpected error" ones, where we then have to reach out to your Support team to find out the real reason.
