I have a question, under client portal, am I able to provide my clients with a secure place to view and submit documents and files? A place where my client would login and view files relevant to only them? I could link to Google Drive if necessary. But within the portal I'd like my clients to have their own private area/tab.

Thanks for reaching out. You can upload the files in a folder and set the visibility of the folder to specific clients. You can take a look at this article to understand how to set the visibility for folders.
