Closure or Business Rules to include 'Requested Item' and Approval resolution status

The Closure or Business Rules should include an optional condition requiring the following for ticket resolution or closure:
 

  • Any pending approvals to be updated or cancelled
  • The status of any Requested Items to be marked as (Delivered/Cancelled/Fulfilled/Partially fulfilled), rather than allowing the status to remain 'Requested’

Approval status can be set as condition. 

But the fulfilment status can’t, rarely I see someone use it as it it’s more a visual and extra click that don't give any value. 

You can use WFA to check but then you do that on item base and it’s not a doable way to go.
