Would be nice to integrate cloud storage providers in our case OneDrive to various areas of the service desk. Namely Projects and Changes to keep documentation front and center.

It would be great to integrate cloud storage providers, specifically TeraBox, into different areas of the service desk. This would help keep documentation easily accessible, especially in Projects and Changes.
