Hi Freshservice Community,

 

It could be great to add the feature “Code Snippet” in a Private / Public Note in Freshservice as many of our agents are developpers !

    I’d love to see this in public notes as well - we tend to share XML with our customers and it’s absolutely atrocious to try to read once posted - my poor customers.
