Myself and a few of my team currently view our tickets with the browser set to 90% zoom - this gives us a bit ore of a view of our tickets. This is on Table View.
A more compact view option would be great - we don't need the list to be spaced out as much.
Also the ability to colour code some topics would be very helpful - I used to drag and group certain topics on our old system, such as new starters, so they were together and easy to glance at.
