Hi,

I would like to have for my different clients some custom fields where I can write who is the main contact

which version they are using

what are best hours to contact

etc.

Similar to the custom fields that you can create for tickets, Freshdesk allows you to create custom fields for contacts & companies to log important information. You can read more about this here.


In addition to the custom fields, you can also store important documents related to the companies in the notes section.
