When an unknown contact submits a ticket, it would be helpful to have the company default field contained within the ticket properties. We are currently requiring a custom field however it would be nice to be able to use the default field so that our analytics could be more accurate.
Withing the ticket fields - it shows that the company (default) has the option of requiring the field prior to closing a ticket however that isn’t true. Only when a contact is associated with multiple companies does the field then show on the ticket properties.
